After years of serving the East Bay through Jack's Restaurant & Bar, we had the opportunity to create something new in Downtown Pleasant Hill—a lively neighborhood cantina where handcrafted margaritas, modern Mexican cuisine, and genuine hospitality come together. As three Greek brothers, opening a Mexican restaurant wasn't the most obvious career move, which is exactly why we embraced the joke and nicknamed the concept "By Los Tres Griegos."
